The record card then lists, SOXO A (Europe) on 16/3/44, and, SOXO R (Europe) on 26/3/44. Entered combat with the 391st BG / 574th BS on 3/4/44. Suffered flak damage to the starboard wing on 15/6/44, flown by Lt. L A Schreiber. The aircraft was sent to the service group for repairs, and was struck off the 391st BG inventory.
