Next listed as UGLY A (Europe - 8th AF) from 31/7/43. Entered combat with the 391st BG / 573rd BS on 24/6/44. Survived the Ahrweiler mission of 23/12/44. Damaged Cat.3 in a take off accident at A-73 Roye / Amy, France on 12/3/45 flown by Atwood L Edwards. The aircraft was repaired. Condemned for salvage on 3/7/45. The final entry on the aircraft record card lists, GLUE CON SAL FEA on 3/7/45. Note, listed as a B-26C on record card, no mention of designated as B-26C-25-MO.
