Stevenson, which was washed ashore. This was a 574th BS aircraft flown by a 572nd BS crew. The final entries on the aircraft record card list, SOXO 9AF CON AFMSC on 22/4/44, and, SOXO CON MIA on 22/4/44. ADDENDUM: From information received from members of Facebook, it is likely that this aircraft was named "The Belle of Mt. Rainier" due to its association with Lt. William W. Wolfe. However, there is currently no photographic evidence of this.
