Mission No. 101
21 Jun 1944
Station: 166
Target: V-1 Base at Le Grismont
Target: Pilotless plane launching point at Le Grismont, France. Thirty-two planes were dispatched at 0927 hours to bomb this target by the Pathfinder technique through the undercast. Only fourteen of the planes dropped their bombs, and there were no losses or casualties, or battle-damage, although two of the planes sustained slight damage from a mid-air collision on course. Since there were not either photo coverage or visual observations due to 10/10ths cloud, results of the attack were unknown.

All aircraft associated with an Accident or Missing Air Crew Report (MACR) for this mission are shown in red. Click on taxi code for details.
